Graduate Housing

Residential Life offers graduate housing in Mountain Springs Apartments and in the Guest House.

Mountain Springs are 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartments with a living rooms, kitchen and ample storage space. They are fully furnished, cable ready, have high speed Internet, local phone service, dishwasher, and utilities provided.  Each apartment will house 2 students (one person/bedroom)

The Guest House is fully furnished 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a full kitchen, living room, fireplace, high speed Internet, Dish TV, ample storage, and utilities provided. One student is assigned in each room, except the master bedroom which is significantly larger than the other bedrooms.

Our Graduate areas are not the only option open to Graduate Students. All Graduate Students are welcome to live in any residence hall and apartment, however the Guest House and C Building at Mountain Springs is limited to Graduate Students.
