Tables

$5.00 per table

Chairs

$0.45 per chair

Handling Charge (when applicable):

Labor to deliver, setup, pick-up: $23 per man-hour
Flat-bed truck, if necessary: $95 per day

General Information & Rental Agreements

Tables and chairs are rented to you at a cost of $5.00 per table and $0.45 per chair. If Facilities Management is requested to deliver, set up, and/or pick up (Campus only) the tables and chairs, your Department will be responsible for paying the labor cost associated with moving the tables and chairs. If a table or chair is lost or stolen, you will be responsible for the replacement cost.

Tables and chairs MUST be picked up and returned at our Warehouse between the hours of 8:30am to 11:30 AM OR 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
