POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT TITLE ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY I DEPT FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
REG þ PART TIME þ STARTING RATE or SALARY RANGE $8.99 - $11.10
JOB DUTIES: Interacts with public, Facilities Management personnel, students, faculty, and campus staff. Answers telephone, provides information, directs all calls. Maintain a work request call-in log, dispatching appropriate employee to resolve problems through-out campus. Enters all work requests and provides supervisors with reports to follow-up. Types correspondence, memoranda, reports and articles using Microsoft Word and Excel. Maintains office supplies. Rents out tables and chairs; rental vehicles. Plan social events for office occasions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High school (or GED) level ability in spelling, grammar, basic composition and math required. Basic computer skills required. Three years relevant experience required. Must have a valid New Mexico Driver’s License. An offer of employment is conditional on successfully passing the pre-employment drug screen.
