Academic success depends on a variety of factors. The single most important is for you to expect success. A positive attitude, coupled with the willingness to work hard, set realistic goals, clarify your personal academic hurdles, and be willing to rely on others for help will ensure you success.

As you utilize the following strategies, it is important to consider the following:
  •  Learn a variety of strategies – learning skills are no a “one size fits all”
  •  Give each strategy a try – use it for a week or so to get a real sense of whether it will help
  •  Evaluate the success of the each strategy and choose the best one for you
